    • Thanks, Lori. As I said, I’ll send you a print version in the post when it comes out.
      Have a pleasant weekend.

  1. Congratulations! We’ve been waiting awhile for this! We look forward to reading your book, Juliet. Thanks for posting.

  2. This is such great news I can’t wait to order the print version and have you sign it when I get to Paris

  3. Yes, please do let us know when the print version is available. I also do a lot of reading from the screen, including four newspapers from different countries, but for books I much prefer to have them in print.
I’m curious about your “hilarious typing test”, since the French keyboard layout drives me crazy. (I normally use a German QWERTZ keyboard, which is not so different from the English QWERTY version.)

    • I guess it’s a generational thing, Nemorino. Young people read books off of their telephones, if you can believe it.
Reading off a screen strains my eyes and I don’t find it very relaxing. Yes, I certainly will put up another post when the print version becomes available.
The hilarious typing test was fun to write, it had me laughing out loud. Although, at the time I didn’t find it funny at all.
      Thanks for writing.

    • Brenda – your comment touches my heart deeply. Thank you. I’m glad you’re enjoying it. Do me a favor? When you’re finished, if you could leave a comment on the Amazon page of my book, that’d be great. (I wouldn’t ask this of many people.) Thanks again for your comment. Take care.

  4. Congratulations. I will await the print copy before ordering. I’ve read the ‘peek inside’ view on amazon and look forward to reading the entire book. It sounds so interesting. I, too, am in the process of writing a memoir, which, hopefully, will find its way to print one day.

    • Thanks, Pearl. I wish you the best of luck in writing your memoir. It was a steep learning curve for me. I’d say that my biggest challenge was the organization of material. What to put in? What to leave out? Where to start? I sketched out a map and storyboard … but in the end, the work progressed organically. Thanks again, and, as I said, good luck.

  5. Mabrouk, Juju. Tu as gardé le silence pendant 20 ans sur l’injustice que tu as subie de la part de ta soeur ainée. Aujourd’hui, la vérité parle. Je te félicite.

  6. I will wait for the printed version of your book to come out. Your story sounds interesting and unique and I can’t wait to read it.

    • Thanks so much, P.C. It’s true that it took me a decade to write. I do hope people will read it, and like it.
